When a General Member is promoted to Core Member, they are assigned to one of these departments. Each department gives role-specific tasks to learn, practice, and develop professional skills while building networks.
1. Sponsorship & Finance
Main focus
Financial planning, budgeting, fundraising, sponsor relations.
Core responsibilities
- Prepare event budgets and contingency plans.
- Create sponsorship proposals and promotional materials.
- Negotiate benefits with sponsors and manage contracts.
- Manage ticketing and income collection processes.
- Maintain transparent financial records.
- Produce post-event reports and sponsor acknowledgements.
Skills members will build
- Budgeting, cashflow planning, basic accounting.
- Professional pitching and negotiation.

2. HR & Member Development
Main focus
Recruitment, training, welfare, and leadership development.
Core responsibilities
- Plan recruitment drives and interviews.
